Rear Admiral (RDML) Colin J. Kilrain, a Navy SEAL, served as the Commander, Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) from June 2014 through June 9, 2016.

Kilrain’s operational assignments have included a full range of duties in Naval Special Warfare, Joint Special Operations Command as well as Personal Exchange Program with the German Navy Kampschwimmer Kompanie (SEALS) in Eckenförde, Germany. He commanded Naval Special Warfare Unit 4 in Puerto Rico; SEAL Team 4, Naval Special Warfare Group 2 in Virginia;
