This coin was awarded by Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Marvin L. Hill, Command Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL), Multi-National Force-Iraq (MNF-I).  CSM Hill served as MNF-I's SEL under General David Petraeus from April 2007 through November 2008.
