This coin was presented by Major General Daniel J. Petrosky, United States Army Europe (USAREUR), Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations (DCSOPS).  MG Petrosky was a key staff member for LTG Abrams during Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR in Bosnia.
