Major General Stephen V. Reeves served as the Joint Program Executive Officer (JPEO) for Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD) from May 2001 through April 2009.

Previously the JPEO position was called Joint Program Manager Officer (JPMO) for Chemical and Biological Defense and later Program Executive Officer (PEO).
